"Tailored service "

I was extremely worried about my health after suffering from a number of symptoms and made contact with the surgery. The GP contacted me within a couple hours and made time to see me that same day. Saw the GP he got the necessary referrals done and when the results came in he made contact to talk them through and discuss an action plan. Great customer service and management of expectations from the GP. The only room for improvement would be with the reception staff. The majority of them are fine but there is one i found to be very rude and condescending and thats despite me coming in all smiles and thank yous. Thats not the right behaviour for a customer facing role. So a review of the customer service and professionalism delivered at reception is very much needed.
