About: Silsden & Steeton Medical Practice

Due to Covid-19 I was very dubious I would get seen or get much needed medication for the very bad earache I was presenting with. After filling in the form with my symptoms I was contacted by phone by a doctor. I was then sent a prescription to my local chemist which my wife picked up for me 30 minutes later. I just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Steeton and Silsden surgery for having the time to triage and continue to care for all their patients in the difficult circumstances we find ourselves in at the moment

Thank you for your very kind feedback. It would be easy to forget amongst the current Covid-19 challenges that many patients are suffering with non Covid illnesses or ailments but the Practice is committed to providing a service to all our patients at these challenging and unprecedented times. Everyone at the Practice is working really hard to deliver a safe and caring service to all our patients.

We are delighted that you were treated quickly and obtained the medication required speedily. We wish you a quick and full recovery.
