"My care on the stroke ward at pilgrim hospital"

I am only 30 years old and I had no movement on my left side of my face. I was so scared with what had happened. All staff on that ward was brilliant and so informative. The way that they speak and treat patients is incredible. As I wasn’t allowed any visitors, nurses even came to talk to me to keep me company every now and then. They are all amazing people and true hero’s. I wanted to thank them for looking after me and for doing a great job.
