"Awful place"

About: Crusader Surgery

I would only attend in an absolutely life or death situation, and even then, give it careful consideration.

why?????

Most of the receptionists are rude, obnoxious and generally unhelpful. If you are in pain, well - that's unlucky because they have absolutely written in stone policies.

Appointments are difficult to get, and when I did get to see a doctor about 1 thing & I asked him about something else, he refused YES, refused to talk about it sating "I would have to examine you." So, I had to get a second appointment and waste more of his and my time, when he could have sorted it in 60 seconds on my 1st appointment.

Turns out that he got the diagnosis completely wrong. Well, to be honest, he did say "I don't know what's wrong with your shoulder."

I asked for a referral to a specialist & I was told to look online and find someone myself.

Pain relief was issued to me by another her doctor, and in fact this medicine was completely wrong for my condition.

I was shouted at by one receptionist and accused of being rude when I asked that as my prescription was now 3 days late, what am. supposed to do if I feel very unwell in the middle of the night? Should I all an ambulance? Apparently, this constitutes rude behaviour on my part, and I was expected to apologise for my conduct.

Shameful.
