My dealings with this surgery are the worst I've ever had. I have found it impossible to get a appointment even before the pandemic came in. We would have to ring 111 to get a dr and medication as could never get a dr.
The doctor has been completely insensitive to people with mental health and made the situation worse for us, prescription have never been done when they should have been and the receptionists phone manner has been appalling.
As the pandemic is here we can not get a new surgery but I will once we can register to a new one as fed up how you are treated as a patient it is unacceptable
