"Very unprofessional "

I am not a person to leave reviews but this time I actually think is needed. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety for a long time ( couple of years ) and 2 years ago my friend helped me understand that i need help , so GP made a referral for me to Crombie house! I’ve been seen ( once ) and put on medication and after that i haven’t been seen again , I struggled a lot and no one even carried about my problems even if i was calling every day and ask for help ! In aug 2019 i found out i am pregnant and my mental health got worse and worse , my gp changed my medication and referred me again to Crombie House ! I had no appointments from august till now in march ! My Midewife been extremely worried for me and called every day in my name , gp as well they where very worried contacted them again , health visitor as well was worried and contact them and nothing , i have not been seen for 6 months by no one from Crombie house even if so many requests have been made by so many people that they where truly worried about me ! On 24 march i had an appointment made from 5 months ago ( i was on “ emergency list “ all this time apparantly) and now with Corona virus , they contact me and told me that appointment will be by phone , that was 1 week ago ! I waited all day for that phone call that never happen , I’ve called Crombie house and they said “ we sorry dr will call you “ today is 31 march and no one still haven’t called me ! I waited for this appointment 6 MONTHS , 6 longgg months that i struggle so much that only i know ! I was referred to them from beginning of my pregnancy and now i have only 5 weeks left till my delivery! This is outrageous and so unprofessional! I wish i was living in a bigger city to have more support as this “ clinic “ is an absolute joke and they do not do there job in any way ! I am upset , depressed, stressed , with my anxiety lever over the roof and all I received when i asked for help was a big NOTHING! Very disappointed! Shame on you Crombie house !
