No Support for reception staff. Defensive attitude from management and no support for the reception staff. Administration team left to handle a difficult patient with no support from the manager or senior GPs in the practice. truly appalling to witness, uncaring GPs. reception staff handled it the best they could. No collaboration from higher up in the practice. Appears the front line staff are left to deal with angry patients on their own. Disgraceful.
