"amazing back to life course and one to one with…"

I originally had 1 to 1 with Steph who was so understanding and informative. The exercises she gave me helped within weeks. I then was referred onto the Back to life course as I have fibromyalgia. I am not usually very good with group meetings and strangers but I was made to feel relaxed immediately and even enjoyed the whole 6 weeks. The physios themselves were so positive, nothing we did was a failure or wrong. We had total encouragement all the way through. They had a deep insight into not just the physical but the emotional and mental side of what we were all going through. Thank you so much for a brilliant insight into something I now understand after being diagnosed over 20 years ago.
