"Excellent service "

We wanted to offer our thanks for an efficient service at a very difficult time. We had to visit A and E with our going daughter for what turned out to be a minor issue, but the staff were warm and courteous and gave no hint of the stress they must be feeling at this very stressful time. We were sent through immediately to paediatric triage and dealt with quickly and professionally. The whole experience was reassuring and we were very relieved as we were dreading visiting a hospital in the current climate. Thanks to all the A and E staff at Whipps for your help.
