"Efficient and kind nurses"

I have been having regular blood tests to explore why I am not yet pregnant. Every time I’ve gone to the Beacon at 730am or 8am (when they first open) and have been seen within a half hour - 45 minutes. The atmosphere is as nice as it could be - nurses have the radio on and can be heard chatting to people through out, all of which helped with my nervousness around blood tests and feeling sad as to why I was there. I ended up telling one of the nurses why I was there and she was so kind I had a relieved cry afterwards. Thank you.
