Nurses are lovely and helpful, COPD nurse especially will always go above and beyond for us and has time to listen. Both nurses are very helpful and always will phone you back if you have any concerns. The doctors are always good never feel rushed Again have time to listen to you and will always phone you back in an emergency. There is two older receptionist who I would advise to avoid if you are looking for a kind compassionate receptionist to share your concerns with . They are rude and abrupt and have a not my problem attitude. However the other receptionists are not so bad. The younger girls and another lady always do their best to help me whenever I have concerns about my ill husband. We Have only had one encounter with the manager shes much like the older receptionists seems to not know how to talk to people with compassion. Lady dr is lovely has gone above and beyond for my family but not always available due to high demand. If you can’t see her though male drs are just as good!
