"Thank you "

About: Colchester General Hospital

Hello.

I had my son in neonatal on the 22nd December 2019-26th December 2019. He had trouble feeding and breathing.

I would like to say thank you to everyone that worked on my little boy (even though he was the biggest one there).

Thank you for keeping me and my partner calm through it all and giving us hope.

Thank you for understanding that my partner needed things broken down for him because of his autism.

My son is doing much better and drinking 5oz and weighs 13lb 2oz at 3 months old.

He weighed 9lbs exactly when he was born.

His a very happy baby and showed his first smile a couple days ago.

Thank you for making this happen. I sometimes think that if it wasn’t for you guys he wouldn’t be here right now.

So Chunky Monkey, my partner and I would like to say a huge thank you and we really appreciate it.

Kind regards

Chloe Sharp

Many thanks for your kind words, I will make sure they are passed onto the neonatal team. I hope your son is fitting in with family life and you are all doing well. Thank you
