"Fantastic"

Had an urgent care/emergency visit on the 28th of March at approx 10am. My daughter had cut her finger. Was helped out by the nurse/shift manager who was fantastic. Her and all the staff made us feel safe a reassured and we were dealt with as quickly as we could of hoped given the current situation. We were also assisted with another, separate issue at the same time by a Doctor who was kind and knowledgable and an X-ray department who were happy and friendly. Polar opposite to visit to Darent Valley. Every member of staff we dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly and I can’t praise them enough. Took stressful and worrying situation all in their stride and made us feel at ease.
