Cardiac short stay ward being asked where colostomy bag is and don't have one
Puzzled that nurse should make such an error, doesn't inspire confidence. Wife told had a stent when had not. Always were delays after requesting procedure such as removal of cannula, lack of observation ie not noticing infected wound. This happened over the course of in patient.
