"Helped me realise I'm not alone"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Gosport

(as a service user),

I have benefit a lot from this group.   Hearing other people's stories/journeys has not only helped me but realised I'm not alone.   I have felt I could open up to all members of the group,   The work Gemma and Sarah put in to helping us achieve my recovery is amazing, thanks guys.   I now have the tools to carry on in my recovery.

Thank you for your recent post. I am so pleased that you have benefitted from the support of your peers and Gemma and Sarah and that by sharing experiences and learning the tools in the group you have been able to achieve recovery. Feeling that you are part of and belong to a group is so powerful in recovery and I wish you all the very best for your continued recovery journey.
