"A Great day unit "

I would highly recommend the access lounge day case unit to my family and friends. From start to finish I was treated with respect, dignity when I arrived in the unit. From the receptionist greeting me to the nurse doing my observations before my operation everyone was really friendly, helpful and courteous. The consultant and anaesthetic were really helpful explaining what would happen in my procedure which was a laparoscopic cholecystectomy and made me feel at ease. After the operation the sister, nurses and other health workers looked after and observed me until I was able to go home later on. I just want to thank you you all for the care and treatment you all given to me this was much appreciated and you all deserve some recognition for all your generosity.
