"Wow! Blew me away "

I had been experiencing pains and was told about the treatment centre and from my first call to check if I should attend I was treated with compassion and care. At a time when the NHS is under such pressure I expected to wait and then get the kind of treatment you get at a GP. No way did that happen! I was triaged quickly and the person who then saw me was brilliant. So reassuring and helpful and I felt a real sense of care and that i could take time to ask questions. Not a service I hope to have to use again but brilliant, thank you. Did have an issue with the car park machine recognising my number plate! Whilst all this virus is happening do think you should waive the car park charges when so many people are losing work and money.
