"Quality of care has fallen"

After being a patient of Buckden Surgery for over 30 years, I feel I have to finally say how far the quality of care has fallen.

For the majority of the time I used the surgery the care given has been faultless. However over the last 5 years I have suffered from a chronic illness and used the various services of the surgery more regularly, and over that time the standard of care has continued to fall, until after a telephone consultation today with a doctor I found myself shocked to find how uncaring the service seems to have become.
