"Not so good practice "

About: Northern General Hospital

Attended A&E as was struggling to breath all was well at first didn't have to wait for 4 hour was took straight threw to be seen, then put in a bay then the problems started different staff coming and asking the same questions over and over again, then question why I'm irritable mmmm I've not slept because I'm struggling to breath n I'm sat on the most uncomfy chairs have other conditions... To be push threw after several hours for some blood tests and a xray to be then sat for several more hours while other people come and go and after a whole 13 hours to be told go see your gp we don't deal with chronic illnesses... It would have been nice to know what the chronic illness was no I have to wait another 3 months to actually find out of what condition they are on about
