"Could not recommend them enough"

It was arranged for me to have a half-knee replacement at Duchy Hospital. The staff could not have been more caring or helpful, I really felt as though my care was centered around me and that they did all they could to help me through. Although I was in hospital for longer than expected (3 more days), they catered for all my needs and provided me with regular pain relief, exploring all options available to minimise the pain I was in. They were very supportive during visiting time, allowing my family (though more than recommended number) to come in to visit me, showing them to my room and explaining everything to them about my operation and my progress. Could not recommend them enough and the consultant/ surgeon who carried out the procedure. 1 year on and I am more mobile and able to do things that were previously limited to me.
