"Unsafe discharge "

My 83 year old father was admitted on Friday after having fantastic care in A n E,he was really poorly and was sent to whitbread ward .While on the ward he was put in isolation due to being poorly .He had a fall overnight due to confusion which he has been having episodes of since being unwell ,yesterday he was confused again while my sister was visiting,he had to be put on oxygen and a nebuliser due to breathing problems .But this morning they said he’s going home ,he lives on his own as daughters live away .He does have a life line but if he becomes confused he will not use it because he may not remember too .He has been sent home with antibiotics so the infection he had is not resolved.

I and my sisters hope nothing happens in the next few days to him or he will be back in .we feel no one is listening to us .
