"Fantastic service"

About: Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust

On 13/2/2020 my Dad fell at home at 22.25pm, Kirklees care phone service rang an ambulance, they arrived in around 10 minutes. The crew were both very professional & patient with my elderly parents. They managed to lighten the situation for us all. The ambulance the next day were the same, they took them to hospital where they found he had broken his hip (their own doctor thought it was a bursa), he had a hip replacement & is now back home.

Thanks again you are all absolute stars!
