"Care and Attention"

I wish to thank all the staff everyone included for the treatment I received on F4 at North Manchester General Hospital.

On admittance I had totally given up due to sheer exhaustion because of shortness of breath, tiredness and a number of other health issues, I was oblivious to what was going on and couldn't speak as I was unable to breath properly without assistance, but for the dedication of care given I never for a second believed I would be writing a review to thank them so so much , I believe I have been given a second chance , I am not being over dramatic, I am not a soft person not with my health record, in fact I have been told I am a strong person but a person can only stand so much I had no strength left.

It is something I have never experienced before and would never like to go through again.

I cannot praise F4 enough, the running of the ward is extremely efficient, there teamwork i s impressive I cannot fault them in any way, in fact I praise them constantly to anyone I am speaking to, I am so grateful to be able to have my say as I do not assume nor take anything for granted.

Thank you all the staff on F4 for pulling me through which was a very dark period for me with no light at the end of the tunnel.
