"Fantastic service"

About: Penshurst Gardens Surgery

Had to call surgery yesterday as felt very poorly. I’m hard of hearing so my friend called for me and spoke to the receptionist outlining the issues.

He was put on hold and 2 minutes later, I received a phone call from the doctor.

I handed my friend the phone. The doctor took her time to listen to what was bothering me and prescribed antibiotics over the phone. Within the hour, I had them. Very impressed with the whole service and how quickly it was sorted.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to quickly adapt to new ways of working and harness the benefits of digital technology. Being a smaller practice gives us the great advantage of knowing all the patients in the extended Penshurst family very well, just like our own families, therefore we are better positioned to swiftly respond to the needs of our most vulnerable patients and have flexibility to mobilise staff quickly to provide outstanding personalised care. So it is very nice to hear from you that we listen and provide a Fantastic service.
