"Totally inept pharmacist "

Called with my partner today to collect a new prescription as directed by the diabetes dept at ipswich hospital which was dropped at surgery tuesday only to be told pharmacist hadn't yet read hospital letter ! After an 1/2 hour wait the very efficient dispensary assistant told my partner that having read the letter they couldn't prescribe strips for blòod machine as she shouldn't need to test her sugar leves as often as she's been directrd to by specifically trained staff at the hospital !! Which resulted in great upset stress and high blood sugar reading , i call that an own goal well done said pharmacist!!!!!!!
