"Disorganised, no seats, long waiting time"

Very poor experience at the NHS walk-in centre with my 2 year old. The receptionist was distracted by another nurse holding a baby and neglected to put the details in correctly. 1.5hours later having not seen triage I asked when we would be seen. She clearly knew she had made a mistake as told me that somehow the system had bipassed us for triage and would see a practitioner instead and that we were next to go through. 45mins later and 4 people later we go through. The doctor was blunt, my son,l (2 yrs) having waited over 2 hours was playing up a bit and no apology or accomodation was made for the mistake which would have reduced our time by well over 1/2 what we waited. Extremely poor.
