I am an older woman and I had a fall with resulting injuries. The staff could not have been more professional or caring. They were under extreme pressure at the time, but I felt well looked after and the attention was thorough in the extreme. I was with them for 5 hrs, but did not mind because they were very busy and couldn't have done more for me.
