About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Dermatology (Skin Conditions)

(as a service user),

I had an appointment today regarding ongoing situation with my hands. Very little history was taken and I do not feel that my concerns were listened to. I work in healthcare so my hands are really important as is washing them. Really wanted advice but I got a website instead.

I am sorry that you felt your appointment today didn't go as well as it could have and that you felt you weren't listened to.
