"Absolutelly nightmare "

This surgery is an absolutely nightmare, from beginning to the end. Waiting for call to be answered - you must be extremely patient, once you get through, the waiting time is about month or more, even for a child. My month appointment has been cancelled from their site and no regret, no sorry really and no attempt to make another one ASAP, been told to wait another month. Arrogance and mistakes with referrals and Despite the limited access to the appointment when you are in needs, they are still enrolling new patients,????? The only positive thing about this place is its recent renovation so it’s finally clean (comparing with its previous horrible dirty stage). This place is badly managed in my opinion, the reception staff have no guilt in this but they are the one who are getting patients frustration as a first and have to deal with it which make them at the end not very pleasant as well. Someone who is running this place should be checked by higher authority to investigate the situation as from the patients who are usually contact the surgery when in need, weak and valnurable, agreed at the end for this type of treatment as has no choice at the exact moment of weakness. Shame, shame, shame. People if have a choice don’t go there.

I do understand that the waiting time to see a GP is rather long, but this is not unique to our practice. I am sorry that you have had your appointments cancelled without being offered another appointment. We do have an online triage service where a doctor will contact you within 48hrs. I am sorry you feel that management are at fault for your bad experience, but it is a shame that you did not leave your details and chose to be anonymous, as we could have discussed this in greater detail.
