About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I had 2 MRI's in my stay. The staff were all so lovely and reassuring which put me at ease. I enjoyed the lights as it helped to relax me.

The staff made my experience better as I felt a bit anxious.

It is good to know that your positive experience was not just a one off and that the standard of care provided by our staff was consistent. It is useful for us to know also that the specialized lighting was successful in making a clinical area less clinical.
