"Repeat Percription Fasco"

Tried to raise a repeat prescription with Milton House and told not to order through the Berkhamsted Group Practice, but through Boots. Milton House gave me the phone number of Boots. I rang Boots and they said it needs to be through Milton House, but the nice lady did raise the repeat prescription. Unfortunately, I have to now wait 7 - 8 days for I can pick it up. Berkhamsted Group Practice are so frustrating to deal with and sadly fail in providing a service. Why am I paying National Insurance (NI) when I get nothing back?
