I would like to thank Lorraine from therapy services for the opportunity and thank her very much for the yoga class. I had a very good time on the first session. It was easy at first as we have not done this for three years, it has just come back now.

In March me and a number of patients, Lorraine and the gym staff all attended the yoga and it was very successful. I am hoping all the patient and staff will attend on Monday. I am glad this is in process. Thank you for reading this.
