A massive THANK YOU to Dr O.. in the ENT ward for looking after my Grandma after going to A&E. Her professionalism and genuine attentive care was very much appreciated by my Grandma and the family. Thank you also to the Paramedics who were also amazing. We are very grateful to you - my Grandma is doing very well now after her procedure.
