Initially I called in very annoyed wanting to talk to the doctor on call as I had been told I had to wait until Tuesday morning to get my sons eczema cream re-prescribes for him.

However when I called in the second time, the receptionist manager Andre did a fantastic and effective job in meeting the needs of my request and sorting everything out for me rapidly. Great work and customer service. Much appreciated.

We are very lucky to have Andre as our reception manager. Your feedback is great, thank you so much for taking the time to do this for us. We will keep working to make sure that staff feel able to be as helpful as possible.

We do have to have some rules around timing of responding to prescription requests as we prefer the patients own doctor to be able to do these and we have to organise tasks and prioritise. Normally we ask for 48 hours to get scripts sorted for patients and probably because the weekend falls within this time for you, it seems too long.

We will have a think about whether we can do anything about problems where the weekend makes it a long wait. Thanks again for your feedback.
