Initially I called in very annoyed wanting to talk to the doctor on call as I had been told I had to wait until Tuesday morning to get my sons eczema cream re-prescribes for him.
However when I called in the second time, the receptionist manager Andre did a fantastic and effective job in meeting the needs of my request and sorting everything out for me rapidly. Great work and customer service. Much appreciated.
