"Let down badly"

Been so sick lately from new year eve,had the flu and ended up with very bad chest infection,as I am asthmatic,I tried to treat myself so not to bother the doctors,but it was no good,so last week I called about it,but the doctor said I have a clear chest,just rest and take paracetamol,he gave his diagnose without checking me up,so yesterday I phoned up and they asked me to come down for the emergency doctor,it was the same one,he said my temperature was 39 and have a severe chest virus,but refused to describe a medicine for me as I am a pensioner,but asked me to buy my own from the chemist,I told him how tired and exhausted I am that I wished to be dead,but he sniggered and show no concern.i don’t know what happens Ed to this surgery,we been there for so many years and doctors used to care,but not anymore.i
