"Great service provided"

I attended A&E with my 93 year old mother following a fall. The ambulance service, nurses, porters, xray dept and Doctor were fantastic. All we came into contact with were friendly and caring, despite the immense pressure they are obviously under. We arrived at about 6pm and was home by 11.30pm. My Mum was treated so well and was given a thorough health check. On this occasion I felt so proud of our health service. Thank you to all of the under paid and hard working staff at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
