"Generally good surgery"

My mother was called by receptionist to make an appt. My mother asked them to hold on because she couldnt hear properly ( my very deaf father had the tv on very loud in the background) Was then told rather rudely by the receptionist “if you turned that loud music down you might get on better! This is not the way to speak to people especially the elderly. Not impressed!
