One the whole all good experiences. I found it difficult a few years ago when my care worker left & I had a different one every month. Before that I didn't have one at all, just the Doctor. The new care worker is great - Nicky.

I was finding it difficult to get to Aylesbury, this did affect my work, but seeing Nicky in Buckingham most appointments is much better now.

Only other big problem was the supply of Physeptone Amps, when there was a shortage this was a stressful nightmare & I found it difficult at first to get hold of anyone at 'One Recovery' who could help. This seems much better now, although my Doctor still seems difficult to get hold of if we need to.

Generally the Doctors have been great. Doctor Carola was a god send and helped me so much by tweaking my medication back to what I needed, Dr Godwin also seems understanding.

We have had some issues around staffing in Aylesbury which are now resolved, I am truly sorry you felt like you didn't have direction from a consistent key worker. It is so great to hear that you have connected with Nicky, she is great an a valued member of our team.

I am glad to hear that your needs are now being met locally by being seen in our satellite service in Buckingham.

I do appropriate how stressful you must have felt when your local chosen pharmacy had supply issues obtaining your Physeptone Ampules. This was a national supply issue of that pharmacy chain, and sadly out of our control but I accept our communication wasn't the best it could have been at the time and we can learn from this. I understand you have moved pharmacy and the issue has been resolved.
