"Totally professional phlebotomist took blood…"

I visited the Blood Taking unit today for bloods to be taken and due to chemotherapy and other procedures it is difficult for blood to be drawn, but the phlebotomist was able to draw the samples totally painlessly and efficiently and any apprehensions I may have had, were quickly eliminated.
