"Amazing"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I had never been to the Hospital before , on entering i was approached by a volunteer who took my Mom, My Husband and myself to where we had to go , he was very lovely and chatted along the way , at the reception of Gastroenterology department the lady was just as nice and the man who took me from there was fun and made us all laugh , i had a team that took care of me and the procedure was over 7 hours , i was looked after so well and did not feel scared , i was on Gas, Air and sedation so was fully aware of what was happening , these people are just all very lovely , caring and Amazing , i cant name people but would love to , my Mom and my Husband were in the hospital for over 10 hours and said they were treated the best in that department , always informed , they had breakfast and lunch in the hospital , i ended up in there over night and was very grateful for my care from beginning to end , i am happy to write the best review for this hospital and the Gastroenterology department
