"Blood clinic"

About: Wycombe Hospital

I have regular blood tests at this department because I am a haematology patient. I have never understood why patients on chemotherapy and therefore very susceptible to infection, have to wait amongst a large numbers of people to get their bloods done.

It also doesn't instil confidence coz the department looks dirty, and with ripped seats. I am always on edge when I go there.

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on this website.

I am sorry to read of the concerns you have in High Wycombe Hospital.

I was also sorry to learn that you feel that the department is dirty

I would be very grateful if you could contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on 01296 316042 to talk about your specific experience, and to see how we may be able to assist you at this time.

In the meantime, I will contact the bloods team.

Kind regards

Anthony Banton
