About: Squires Lane Medical Practice

We completed a repeat prescription form and told that the item could be collected at our local chemist a week ago but today (and at a time when we are encouraged not to visit our GP's unless necessary) I have been refused a repeated prescription (only the 2nd for cream) for my daughter unless we book an appointment to see the doctor. It is impossible to get an appointment in the first place, if you do, it is weeks ahead as on the day appointments are difficult to get and you have to wait at least 45 mins to see the doctor (surrounded by coughing/sneezing people) if you do get an appointment. It will also mean taking time off work and school. it really should not be this difficult.
