(as a carer),

Went along to a carers meeting on a Tuesday night, was met by the lovely staff who couldn’t have been nicer and made you feel very welcome as I didn’t know what to expect.

Provide psycho social support to patients and carers in their homes. Coordinate a team of volunteer befrienders.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review.

I am glad that you found the courage to attend our carers meeting as I am very aware that it can be daunting to venture into something unknown. It is my hope that you were able to use the advice given throughout the weeks and that you formed a friendship & a support network through everyone that you met.
