"Everyone a winner"

The Post-operative and ongoing support from this practice over the past 5 months has been outstanding. Here are my reasons:-

At the front - Receptionists who are empathetic - do whatever they can to help and who are truly supportive. In spite of the current public health concerns - I had an emergency appointment with a doctor today within 2 hours (not unusual response time) and that was before they asked for my name.

A nursing team that has consistently performed with true professionalism and awesome care (over at least 20 visits). Appointments with nurses need booking in advance.

I have seen 2 different doctors in successive weeks (unrelated to original surgery) and have received both appropriate advice and treatment on both occasions – delivered with care and empathy.

In the past I have enjoyed pretty good health and so would only ever visit maybe twice a year. Having had a tougher time in the last year, I’ve now experienced every department and have absolutely no reservations in recommending this excellent team.
