My daughter and I have required several doctor and nurse appointments recently. At Nightingale Valley we have been treated with kindness, empathy and professionalism by all staff.
Our concerns have been listened to, examinations were thorough and professional, blood was taken and hospital investigation referrals were made smoothly. Thank you.
We appreciate the pressure that the NHS is under and the heavy workloads that staff are managing. We just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Nightingale Valley for the excellent care we have regularly received from the receptionists, those answering questions on the phones, and all medical staff at the practice.
