"Excellent care "

Over the past two years unfortunately I have had various illnesses. I have received excellent care and follow up. On Thursday I had reason to go to the Dovecot Surgery again, I spoke to the doctors who sent me downstairs to have blood tests. When downstairs a lady asked me do you know how I register for your doctors, I have heard such good reports about the Dovecot Surgery. I told her to go to Reception. It is not unusual to hear the Dovecot Surgery mentioned when you are out and about, people saying how confident they are in the doctors etc.

I went home and at 6 oclock the phone rang and it was my doctor saying she had my blood test back and she was concerned and would I go over to North Tees hospital, she had contacted them and they were going to check further. I was kept in overnight and am now an outpatient for treatment.

The staff at the Dovecot Surgery are all very caring and go out of they way to accommodate your needs.

I thank all NHS staff both at the Dovecot Surgery, North Tees and James Cook for all the good care and attention I have received.
