"Endoscopy today - great staff"

I had an endoscopy today at Lancaster RI. Having had many some twenty years ago I was very scared about how it would be. I explained this to the staff, and they couldn't possibly have been kinder. They really looked after me and made it into just an uncomfortable experience rather than something to be terrified about. I'm very grateful to them all - thank you!
