"Excellent care"

I have in the past have had some bad experiences within this hospital that were not necessarily the hospital or staffs fault more due to other in patients or members of the public. I was admitted to hospital end of last year through A & E for breathing difficulties. I ended up in a side room in the new assessment unit wing and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities within the building. I would also like to thank all the staff that work in the operating theatres who looked after me on a previous occasion where I needed to have some surgery whilst being awake never a pleasant experience but one of the female staff held my hand during the operation and it was very comforting and re-assuring during a difficult time. In my recent experiences within the past two years I can only praise the staff and the hospital for the excellent work they do.
