(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 5

The nurses are fantastic at helping me get dressed going to the toilet.

The doctor are really nice any questions you ask they always get an answer for you

The mince and potatoes is really good and the meatballs are excellent.

They are always cleaning the room.

The porters are so nice.

It would be nice to get a slice of toast in the morning.

Dear Celtic

Thank you for your recent post on patient care opinion. I will be delighted to pass on your very positive relating to your care from both a nursing and medical perspective, whilst in Ward 5.

Our staff strive to deliver the best person centred care to all of our patients. I am pleased to hear your comments around the food. I am the nutrition lead for the site and work very closely with the catering department to ensure high standards. We do have toast available in the evening as a snack. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
